These terms apply to your use of vectistec.com, a website of Vectis Works. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About Vectis Works and this site

Vectis Works provides shop-floor data, dashboard, software and automation services to manufacturers. This site describes that work. Nothing on it is an offer to contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

2. Our business emails

We may email professionals whose roles relate to our services. You can stop those emails at any time by replying to any of them. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we hold, where it comes from and how to ask about it.

3. Sample dashboards and illustrations

Dashboards, charts and numbers shown on this site or in our sample dashboard use representative sample data. They illustrate the kind of views we build. They are not results from any client and are not a promise of any outcome for your operation.

4. Using the site

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Don't try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it or the systems behind it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or copy its content by automated means.

5. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logos and other content on this site belong to Vectis Works or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business reference. Any other copying, distribution or reuse needs our written permission. Rights in work we deliver for clients are set by the written agreement for that work.

6. Links to other sites

This site links to vectisworks.com and to our sample dashboard, and it loads a typeface from Google Fonts. Sites and services run by others are governed by their own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

7. No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", for general information. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on the site is professional, engineering, legal or financial advice for your situation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vectis Works will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vectis Works and its owners, team members and agents from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be resolved by binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where the law does not allow it.

11. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the site. We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows the current version.
